§ Mr. Michael Heseltineasked the Minister of Transport whether she will list the towns and cities which are to be invited to prepare transportation plans up to the mid-1970's.
§ Mr. Swingler:All traffic and parking authorities in the conurbations outside Greater London and all other English urban authorities over 50,000 population will be invited to prepare the traffic and transport plans referred to in Section X of Cmnd. 3481. Smaller traffic authorities may also prepare such plans if they wish.
