§ Mr. Costainasked the Attorney-General whether he will instruct the Director of Public Prosecutions to institute proceedings in the case of the theft of equipment and scrap metal from the Red Sands Fort on Sunday, 6th August.
§ The Attorney-General:This matter has been investigated by the police, who, after consultation with the Director of Public Prosecutions, have decided that proceedings by them would not be justified.
