§ Mr. Peter Walkerasked the Minister of Transport if she will ensure that all Government four-wheeled vehicles on the road at night are fitted with at least two headlamps.
§ Mr. John Morris:My right hon. Friend will lay very shortly after Christmas, Regulations requiring most four-wheeled vehicles to be fitted with at least two headlamps. These will cover Government vehicles other than those belonging to or 297W in the service of Her Majesty's Forces. We are now considering how far Forces vehicles may be included.
