§ 86. Sir A. V. Harveyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what facilities are available to motorists, who make a request at a police station for a breathalyser test when they are in doubt as to the amount of alcohol consumed.
§ Mr. Callaghan:Breath tests at police stations are offered only to persons arrested under Section 6 of the Road Traffic Act 1960 or Section 2 of the Road Safety Act 1967.
