§ Miss Jennie Lee:The functions of the panel a -e to advise the Arts Council on drama policy and any related questions. The Chairman and Deputy Chairman are members of the Arts Council; the other members are appointed by the Arts Council. 24 of the 28 members of the panel have professional experience.
