§ 64. Sir J. Rodgersasked the Minister of Overseas Development what steps he is taking to ensure that moneys intended for Anguillan development reach that island.
§ Mr. Oram:The constitutional position is that our aid can only be made available to the Government of the Associated State of St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla, which is accountable for it. When it is possible to proceed again with approved development schemes in Anguilla, the normal procedures for the control of Colonial Development and Welfare expenditure will apply.
