The British Steel Corporation will submit for my right hon. Friends' approval an annual investment programme in accordance with the arrangements described in the White Paper "Nationalised Industries—A Review of Economic and Financial Objectives" (Cmnd. 3437, para. 39). It is, however, in the first instance for the Corporation to decide what projects to include in this programme.
