HC Deb 12 December 1967 vol 756 c77W
Mr. H. Boardman

asked the Minister of Power how many of the men now employed at Mosley Common Colliery will receive benefit under the Coal Industry Redundancy Scheme when the colliery closes in February next.

Mr. Freeson

There are at present 379 men over 55 at Mosley Common Colliery and the numbers who will receive benefit under the Coal Industry Redundancy Scheme, when the colliery closes will depend on how many of these men are able to take up jobs at other collieries.
