§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsDuring talks held from 23rd to 27th November in Khartoum between the Right Honourable Malcolm MacDonald, British Government Special Representative, and the Sudanese Prime Minister and Foreign Minister a common understanding was reached that in principle an early resumption of diplomatic relations between the two countries was desirable. It is not yet possible to make an announcement about the timing of such a resumption.
