§ Mr. MarshI am considering the Select Committee's Report, but very careful studies have already been made. They have involved, the Atomic Energy Authority, the Central Electricity Generating Board (with more experience in this field than any similar body in the world) and the Chief Scientist's Division of the Ministry of Power. I know of no "independent" body with a comparable degree of expertise or experience.
