§ Mr. PentlandLodging house attendants as a general class do not satisfy the conditions of section 56(2) of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965, which must be met before the existing cover against tuberculosis under the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) Regulations can be extended to them.
