§ 87. Sir F. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs whether he will give an assurance that the question of Her Majesty's Government's responsibility for Gibraltar being transferred from the Commonwealth Office to the Home Office will not be precluded from the Gibraltar Constitutional Conference to be held early in the new year.
