§ Mr. CarmichaelThe carriageway markings are already being revised. My right hon. Friend will reconsider the case for a lower speed limit on Otterbourne Hill in three months' time, when a new traffic pattern will have emerged following the opening of the Otterbourne and Chandler's Ford By-pass. This will considerably reduce the amount of traffic passing through Otterbourne.
