§ 74. Mr. Alexander Lyonasked the Minister of Overseas Development what conclusions Her Majesty's Government have reached following their study of the Maxwell Stamp report on the proposed railway link between Tanzania and Zambia which has been in their possession since August, 1967.
§ Mr. OramThe consultants' report was addressed not to Her Majesty's Government but to a Committee of Ministers of the Governments of Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda.
