§ Mr. TaverneI would refer my hon. Friend to page 49 of the Report on the work of the Prison Department 1965 Statistical Tables (Cmnd. 3304). This gives figures of reconvictions of persons discharged from detention centres in England and Wales in the years 1959 to 1964. Figures for 1965 will be published later this month.
