§ Mr. Lomasasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will now withdraw Administrative Memorandum No. 9/67 dated 3rd April on Licences for Radio and Television Broadcast Receiving Sets in Schools and other Educational Institutions in view of his recent decision on this matter.
§ Mr. Gordon WalkerI intend to issue as soon as possible an Addendum to this Administrative Memorandum which will amend the relevant paragraph. The text is at present being discussed with the Post Office.
