§ Mr. John MackieI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave on 29th November to the hon. Member for Clitheroe (Sir Frank Pearson). Latest statistics show that there has been a decline in the rate of outflow of regular workers in the past year. Manpower is one of the many factors affecting the expansion of agricultural output which is taken into account at each Annual Review.—[Vol. 755, c. 426.]
