§ Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give details of the information and returns about new issues of shares originally and currently requested by the Inland Revenue in their negotiations with the banks.
§ Mr. MacDermotThe banks were asked, in January last, to give as regards each issue made by them since 5th April, 1966, that fell within the provisions of Paragraph 7, 10th Schedule, Finance Act, 1965, particulars of the number of allottees and of the records available for the purpose of making returns under that paragraph if called for.
