§ Mr. K. RobinsonThe primary responsibility in these matters rests with the London Borough of Brent. I am informed that two of the 20 children on the waiting list are in urgent need of admission, and that the Council plans to replace the 36 places in the present special care unit with the same number in a new centre. I hope to be able to recommend loan sanction for this in the present financial year. Six staff are employed in the unit and the Council sees no need to increase the number.
