§ 29. Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will seek to amend the Representation of the People Acts to give himself power to proceed against persons who broadcast political propaganda from illegal radio stations.
§ Miss BaconMy right hon. Friend the Postmaster-General already has power to proceed against persons who broadcast illegally within this country. Legislation to suppress unauthorised off-shore broadcasting stations is at present before Parliament.
