§ Mr. MarshUnder the nuclear power programmes already announced, it is estimated that nuclear power will account for the equivalent of 15 million tons of coal a year by 1970 and 35 million tons a year by 1975. I cannot say how much of this generating capacity would have been coal-fired in the absence of nuclear power.
