Mr. Victor Yatesasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the Railways Board's failure to consult the relevant transport users' consultative committee, she will refer to that committee the inconveniences caused to the public by the closure of all entrances except one to Snow Hill Station, Birmingham, and the temporary access to New Street Station.
