§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesIt is not possible at this point in the year to forecast what the numbers of houses completed and started during the year will be. But I have no reason to doubt that completions will be well up to the high level of the previous two years. There has recently been an encouraging rise in the private sector of housing from the relatively low level of starts in the latter part of 1966.
