§ Mr. Peter Walkerasked the Minister of Transport what measures, such as encouraging the provision of special parking facilities, she is taking to assist the Government's policy of persuading more people to go to work by motor cycle.
§ Mrs. CastleIt has always been my policy to encourage local authorities to provide parking facilities for motor cycles. In creating new parking meter zones local authorities provide free on-street parking places without time limit for motor cycles.
