Mr. Frank Allaunasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will make a statement on the widespread evasion of the development levy in recent weeks; and if he will take steps to subject to the levy those landowners who, before 6th April, 1967, commenced development in an artificial way and for this purpose.
§ Mr. WilleyUnder the recent Land Commission Act there is no power to charge levy on development which was begun before 6th April.
