asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs how he has instructed the United Kingdom Permanent Representative at the United Nations to deal with the most recent attempts by the Special Committee of 24 to interfere in the affairs of the six British Caribbean territories.

Mr. George Thomson

In accordance with warnings given in the Committee of Twenty-Four during their recent debate on the West Indian Associated States, the United Kingdom Permanent Representative to the United Nations has been instructed not to participate in further deliberations of the Committee or its Sub-Committee on this subject.
