§ Mr. George ThomsonIn accordance with warnings given in the Committee of Twenty-Four during their recent debate on the West Indian Associated States, the United Kingdom Permanent Representative to the United Nations has been instructed not to participate in further deliberations of the Committee or its Sub-Committee on this subject.
