§ Mr. Roebuckasked the Postmaster-General why a telephone subscriber with an instrument in a colour other than black has to, pay more for having that instrument moved than a subscriber with a black telephone.
§ Mr. Edward ShortWhen telephone instruments are moved we charge the same for black as for other colours. If my hon. Friend has a specific case in mind I will gladly look into it.
