§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Defence when he expects to complete the modification of existing stocks of high explosive bombs to permit their carriage and use at low level by high-speech aircraft, such as the Phantom and the F111K; and how much such modification will cost.
§ Mr. MasonModified bombs will come into service with these new aircraft, and modifications of all necessary stocks should be completed by 1971. These will cost about £600 per bomb.
