Mr. Ensorasked the Prime Minister whether he will bring to the notice of the United Nations or other suitable body the urgent necessity of controlling the undesirable, and in many cases the corrupt, use of flags by oil tankers as these ships operate on lower standards and can be a serious danger to the maritime countries of the world.
