§ Mr. Denis HowellA majority of the sports bodies in receipt of grant cover both England and Wales so that separate figures for Wales are not available. Separate grants to Welsh voluntary sport bodies were as follows: 1964–65—£23,000; 1965–66—£77,000; 1966–67—£68,000. In the last of these years further offers of grant totalling £5,350 were made to take effect on the appointment of coaching administrators.
