Mr. Chapmanasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether the terms of reference for research to be undertaken with Government financial support by the Centre of Environmental Studies specifically include problems of areas with a high proportion of coloured immigrants and where there is evidence that they are suffering discrimination in housing and employment.
§ Mr. GreenwoodIt is for the Centre to decide what research it wishes to sponsor in the planning and design of the physical environment, but some aspects of the subject suggested by my hon. Friend would certainly be within its terms of reference.
