§ Mr. Pavittasked the Minister of Health what progress has been made in establishing a standard speech test of hearing through a speech audiometer in all otology departments of National Health Service hospitals.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonSpeech audiometry is available in many of the larger Otological Departments. Its use is a matter for clinical judgment but I am advised that it is not yet generally regarded as of universal application.
