§ Mr. William RodgersIt is our intention to publish as soon as possible a White Paper about the considerations which should govern prices and incomes in the period of severe restraint during the first half of 1967.
Thereafter the Government will continue consultations with the Confederation of British Industry, the Trades Union Congress and other interested parties, with the object of securing a planned growth of money incomes in line with real output after 1st July, 1967, and a further White Paper will be published in due course.
