§ 64. Mr. Godberasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food by what percentage prices for store cattle, sheep, and lambs were lower this year during the months of August and September than for the corresponding months of 1965.
§ Mr. PeartMarket prices in August and September for store cattle and sheep obtained from 44 representative markets in England and Wales have shown falls from the previous year of up to about 10 per cent. and, in the case of rearing calves, of up to about 25 per cent. Prices are collected and published for a considerable number of types of store animals, and I will arrange for copies of the relevant documents to be placed in the Library of the House.
