§ Mr. Roy JenkinsNo. The organisation of these services need not necessarily be identical throughout Great Britain. The question what changes should be made in the organisation and responsibilities of the local authority personal social services in England and Wales remains quite open until the Seebohm Committee has reported and its recommendations have been considered.
