§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that the 50 per cent. increase in the air letter rate made by his Department will increase the postal costs of all firms engaged in the export trade; and, as this is contrary to Government policy on both export prices and the wages, prices and incomes policy, whether he will suspend these charges for the period of the Government's wages and prices freeze.
