Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, in view of the freeze on prices, incomes and rents, he will approve the increase in rents which the Scottish Special Housing Association has planned for houses in Toryglen, Glasgow, in July 1967; and if, in arriving at a decision, he will take into account the fact that a rent increase came into effect in July 1966 only days before the imposition of the freeze.
