52WThe acquisition of toll rights on other roads is a matter for the local highway authorities concerned.
§ Mr. John MorrisWhere, in the view of the Motor Insurers' Bureau, there is reasonable certainty that a motor vehicle was involved and that, if its owner or driver could be traced, a claim would lie, the Bureau will consider making anex gratia payment to the personally injured victim of a hit-and-run driver. We are seeking to improve these arrangements by agreement with the Bureau.
