§ 30. Sir E. Bullusasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will ensure that a reasonable limit of tenure is granted to the operators of London's heliport at Battersea.
§ Mr. MacCollThe heliport operators have appealed against the Greater London Council's decision not to allow the use of the Battersea site beyond 30th June, 1970. The appeal, at the operators' request, is being held in abeyance while they continue negotiations with the Council for a longer period. My right hon. Friend cannot comment further while the appeal is still before him.
