§ Mr. MulleyThere are no such proposals. Discussions have, however, taken place in the international Interim Satellite Communications Committee, on which Her Majesty's Government are represented, about the introduction of a satellite system for civil aircraft communications and air traffic control purposes. No decisions have yet been taken.
