§ Mr. Roy JenkinsA Departmental Committee under the Chairmanship of Miss Jean Graham-Hall, one of the Metropolitan stipendiary magistrates, is at present reviewing the statutory financial limits on maintenance orders which may be made by magistrates in both domestic and affiliation proceedings. The need for legislation will be considered when this Committee has reported.
