Mr. Nottasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware of the substantial unexploited reserves of tin in Cornwall and of its high quality; whether he will give early consideration to including in next year's Finance Bill similar tax concessions for tin-mining to those enjoyed for mineral exploration and development in most overseas countries, in particular Canada, details of which have been sent to him.
