§ Mr. BennThe National Research Development Corporation is prepared to give advice and assistance to inventors. The Regional Offices of my Department can often assist by putting inventors in touch with local industry and the Department itself will also advise on sources of assistance. We are not, however, equipped to give an opinion on the commercial value of an invention.
