§ Mr. SwinglerThe following table shows our estimates and those of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales of expenditure in the financial year 1966/67 on new roads, improvements of existing roads and maintenance:
the bridge, which carries a classified road, is maintained by the Flintshire County Council who tell me they are keeping it under observation. I understand that the two councils are discussing the need to impose a weight limitation on the bridge and I hope they will reach early agreement. A proposal to by-pass the bridge is also under examination by the two authorities.
