§ Mr. LoughlinA leaflet explaining entitlement to free welfare foods is supplied with each welfare milk token book. These leaflets are issued also to health service authorities for distribution by medical officers, health visitors, midwives, nurses and others concerned with care of mothers and young children, and posters are displayed in clinics and elsewhere.
