§ Mr. WilleyThere may be cases where a small harbour lies within an area proposed by a local planning authority for a country park. While such a proposal would not be rejected for that reason, it would be inappropriate that the grants proposed in the White Paper should be applied to works of harbour restoration or improvement as such.
