§ Mr. MellishOn rents I would refer my hon. Friend to paragraphs 19 and 20 of the White Paper "Prices and Incomes Standstill; Period of Severe Restraint" (Cmnd. 3150) published this week. Mortgage rates were discussed in a report recently submitted by the National Board for Prices and Incomes; this is still under consideration.
