§ Mr. Whitakerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what information he has concerning the series of burglaries of various organisations' offices in London in March this year, details of which have been sent him; whether the Special Branch have made any inquiries in the matter; and what steps have been taken to prevent any recurrence.
§ Mr. Roy JenkinsI received a report about these incidents from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis. The full police inquiries included certain Special Branch investigations, but it has not been possible to identify the person or persons responsible.
