§ 55. Sir J. Edenasked the Minister of Health whether, under the Food Hygiene (Markets, Stalls and Delivery Vehicles) Regulations, 1966, paper bags will be treated as adequate covering within all sections of the regulations.
§ Mr. K. RobinsonI would expect that the local authorities, who will be responsible for enforcement of the regulations, will not regard food in closed paper bags as "open food" provided that the paper used is suitable to protect the particular food adequately.
