§ 131. Sir C. Osborneasked the Minister of Transport, in view of her decision to reduce by 13 feet the land needed for rural motorways to save an average of £22,000 a mile, if she will stop the kerbing of rural roads, and leave the safer and cheaper grass verges as they are.
